My intention for creating this book is to have you deepen, grow and expand the relationship you have with yourself.

If you are the type of person that puts everyone else’s needs before your own, it is time that you see self love doesn’t have to be complicated or time consuming!

The more time and love you give yourself, the more the people around you feel it too. I am setting my intention for you to carry all of that you gained and experienced from this book and extend it out to the world.
